RFQ SmartMail – respond to more Aircraft Part and MRO Service RFQs in less time.

Here at AVSpares, we understand that time is money. And that the process of buying and selling aircraft parts, aircraft tooling and MRO services can be slow. As a result, we’re excited to announce our latest AVSpares feature – RFQ SmartMail. We believe the RFQ process should be quick and painless, without any hurdles placed in the way.

So, what is RFQ SmartMail? Let’s dive right in…..

Our RFQ Emails Just Got A LOT Smarter

Our new RFQ SmartMail feature allows users to discuss an RFQ directly via email, without needing to login to AVSpares. We realised that having to login took a lot of time and disrupted teams workflows. Now, to respond to an RFQ, simply reply directly to the RFQ email. Most importantly, your response will be sent to the buyer/supplier as well as being recorded in your AVSpares account. So, how does it actually work?   1. A supplier will receive an RFQ email similar the example given below with the details of the RFQ.

  1. A supplier can review the RFQ within the email. They can then respond to the buyer directly from their own email client and attach any files they want to send.

  1. The buyer will receive the response from the supplier with any attachments that the supplier included.

  1. In addition, the whole conversation is saved to your AVSpares account, allowing you to refer back to it whenever you want to.

We understand a lot of users have been waiting for this amazing feature. This update will make it easier for suppliers to respond to RFQs. And for the buyers, it’ll speed up the process of receiving prices for the parts they’re sourcing.
